Hankering for a new piece of hottie—with abs made of pure, perfectly chiseled steel—to lust after? Well, then meet "Step Up Revolution" star Ryan Guzman. With looks like that, he almost makes us forget earlier franchise star Channing Tatum. Almost. So, in honor of Ryan's initiation into the well-toned world of Hollywood beefcakes, we're naming him this week's Hump Day Hottie.

Vital stats: The 24-year-old grew up in California where he later attended Sierra College. And, according to him, despite his smooth moves in the film, this is the first time he's ever danced professionally.
"I don't know. I lucked out. I was a professional fighter for a while and I trained in martial arts for seven years, so I think that kind of helped form a base for me as far as dancing," he told the Huffington Post. "They gave me three weeks to learn all of the combos and the numbers for the movie. I trained for nine hours every single day, and then I'd go back home and train for another couple of hours, so I knew I had it down and I could bridge the gap between my dancing skill and the best dancers in the world that I was dancing with in the movie."
Also, he is currently single. Best. News. Ever.
Where you might have already seen him: He's pretty much a Hollywood newbie. So, his slate is clean.
Why you should take notice of him now: Well, he'll be shirtlessly shimmying and shaking his way through the latest "Step Up" movie, out this week. And, if you think he's welcoming any and all Channing comparisons, think again.
"You know what? I had watched it a while ago, but I definitely didn't want to be Channing Tatum in this movie," he said. "I wanted to be my own person—and be Sean, my character, and Ryan Guzman playing him. I definitely thank Channing for everything he did for the franchise."
Until next week, when we choose another Hump Day Hottie, you can salute Ryan by staring at the photo above!
