Goodbyes are tough, and nobody understands that more clearly than Catelynn and Tyler of "Teen Mom." Much of the young parents' journey across the seasons has dealt with the aftermath of making an adoption plan, and now that their life together is headed in a postive direction (a wedding in July!) and Carly is thriving, it's time for the journey that Cate and Ty started on "16 and Pregnant" to come to an end. Thankfully, though, they'll be on-hand tonight to help fans say farewell, too.
The couple will take over MTV.com's UStream for the entirety of the "Teen Mom" series finale to answer fan-submitted questions and provide insight into the 90-minute episode.
