What's Gerard's Plan As The Kanima's New Master? We Have Some Ideas...
Aug 6th 2012, 14:00

After Scott and Stiles finally cracked the case of the Kanima-who-couldn't-swim, we thought the scaly creature was on its way out of Beacon Hills...and maybe, just maybe everyone would put down their purple flowers and hunting knives so that peace could be restored for a minute or two.

Guess the joke's on us, because mere seconds after Allison's grandpa drowned the Kanima's bitter puppet master, Gerard set his sights on playing commander to the lizard's deadly venom. Altogether now, "Ohhh, shhhhiii..." Will this thing never die?

Gerard always has an ulterior motive, and now that the Kanima is clearly down to act on the sneaky hunter's every conniving whim, we have a feeling things are about to get real bad for Scott and his pack of wolves. But exactly what Gramps has hiding up his old-man sleeve is to be determined. Until then, our thoughts:

Kill Derek. This is an obvious one, and not just because we told you earlier this week in the bone-chilling sneak peek. The Alpha's bite that simultaneously saved a love-struck Scott and ultimately killed the whack-a-doo Mrs. Argent has Gerard determined to avenge his daughter-in-law's death.

Kill Derek. And Scott. We wouldn't be too shocked if the shady senior offed Scott as soon as his dirty work was up. Though the patriarch is hell-bent on manipulating Scott into helping get his crotchety claws into Derek, he very well could end it all for our "Teen Wolf" hero when the Alpha's days are done.

Kill ALL the wolves! How could we forget? In the season opener, Gerard told his son Chris after Kate's tragic death that he's adopted a "kill them all" philosophy--going against the hunters' code to only hunt the harmful moon-howlers. Sigh. Scott is so doomed.

Recruit a reptilian "sous chef." Gerard is a self-confessed connoisseur in the kitchen and claims to carry a cookbook with him at all times. Surely those Kanima claws are good for chopping an onion, too! (Or, eating with a side of Chianti?)

+ So what's Grandpa's master plan for the unsinkable Kanima? Did we miss anything? Vote in our poll and comment!
