This trailer offers just a teensy peek at each of the five incredible titles coming this fall from Penguin, but even these scant glimpses at what's on the literary horizon are enough to get us panting—and with the release of these books staggered all the way through early December, you can count on keeping your reading calendar full all the way into 2013. Want to add them all to your shelf? Here's the rundown:

"The Innocents" by Lili Peloquin (on sale 10/16) — A mysterious stepfather, a sprawling summer estate, a moneyed town full of moody boys, and secret, sordid family history form the backbone of this creepy gothic romance.
"Venom" by Fiona Paul (on sale 10/30) — Renaissance Venice is the setting of this stunning historical drama, in which 15-year-old Cass uncovers a web of murder, intrigue and underground secret societies beneath the European city's gleaming surface.
"Black City" by Elizabeth Richards (on sale 11/13) — A war between humans and darklings leaves the earth in smoking ruins... making it the perfect setting for a smoking romance.
"Falling Kingdoms" by Morgan Rhodes (on sale 12/11) — As unrest grows and power-hungry competitors make their bids for the throne, an ambitious royal heiress sets out on a quest to uncover the long-buried magic that could save her sister's life.
