Shay Mitchell Counts Down To 'Pretty Little Liars' Halloween Special Oct 22nd 2012, 21:12 We're not the only ones excited about the upcoming Halloween episode of "Pretty Little Liars"! Star Shay Mitchell took to Twitter today to not only encourage everyone to tune in, but also shared an image that willl likely give us all the nightmares for at least a week. (But, I guess we should expect nothing less from this ABC Family series...) But this being Rosewood, the journey is anything but smooth. In fact, when we talked to executive producer Marlene King in anticipation of the episode, she promised it would be "more thrilling and scary" than last year's. If that's even possible...
