Law school student William Tell might be Lauren Conrad's present and future, but "Hills" fans will never forget her romantic past with Brody Jenner. Yes, there's been some speculation in the years since the show ended that not everything was...well, real, but one thing that's not up for debate? The sincerity of LC's feelings for the Brodester. Their relationship was completely legit, she tells Allure in the November 2012 issue.
"I think the story they told wasn't a dishonest one," LC says. "Brody and I did date." Still, Lauren says she's learned some valuable lessons since her "Hills" days regarding finding the right guy ("You don't want a slob, but you don't want a guy who is constantly borrowing your tweezers," among other gems), which have ultimately led to her current relationship with Tell, a former Something Corporate guitarist.
"I met my boyfriend on a setup," she says. "I did not go with high hopes, though. What was nice about us is we both went in with preconceptions, but they were quickly broken."
