In one of the most memorable moments from the final "Hills" season, Kristin Cavallari explains to Brody Jenner that she needs a break from Los Angeles, hops in a car and heads for the other side of The Atlantic. Observant fans quickly realized, though, that Kristin's move never came to fruition, and now, we know the reason. After two years of keeping mum on the subject, Kristin finally revealed on Twitter this week why she ultimately put her plans to be an expat on hold and stayed behind: It turns out, she had just met eventual father to her child and fiance, Jay Cutler. Quite the story!
Elsewhere across the MTV social media universe, new mom Snooki imparted a very important "Jersey Shore" tradition onto her son, Lorenzo, while her housemate, Vinny, weighed in on the Democratic National Convention goings-on (Obama 2016...?). And though Mrs. Obama might be a hero to Vin, Molly Tarlov still can't convince fans that she is not, herself, the villainous Sadie Saxton.
